Their preparation is simple and quick, using only a few basic ingredients, such as eggs and sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 egg whites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g white sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/rimmed.al\/leter-alumini-membrane-plastike-leter-pjekje\/#leterpjekje\">\u00a0Rimmed\u00ae Baking Paper<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the egg whites, which should be at room temperature, in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until they form firm white foam. Then add the white sugar and continue beating with a mixer until you have a stiff meringue. Sift the powdered sugar together with the vanilla and gradually add it to the meringue, stirring with a spatula carefully so as not to break the foam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Line a large baking sheet with Rimmed\u00ae baking paper and pipe the mafishes either with a spoon or a piping bag into the desired shape.
